This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Respondents to establish a prequalified list of suppliers, in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2), who are able to provide Articulated Motor Graders with no more than 500 hours of previous use on an “if and when needed bases”, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) and for the initial purchase of one (1) 2018 or newer Articulated Motor Grader with no more than 500 hours of previous use.
