Submissions marked "COR25-00063 – Crushing of Recycled Materials" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Friday November 14, 2025.

The City requires the services of contractors to provide means to crush recycled concrete and recycled asphalt to 25mm minus specifications as further designated in the contract specifications. Crushing operations are to be located on the Northwest corner of the City’s Landfill, where the respective material is currently being held, and to follow current Landfill operation hours.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.

Optional Pre-Bid Meeting:
There will be a video conference pre-submission meeting using Microsoft Teams regarding this competition on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 10:30 am., C.S.T. (SK) for any interested bidders. Please email the RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to request an invitation to the online meeting.

Optional Site Visit:
