The Resort Village of Elk Ridge (the “Resort Village) is requesting proposals for waste & recycling collection services for a two-year term beginning January 1, 2023.

Proposals are for the collection of solid waste and recyclables and may include delivery and use of a 30 yard roll out bin twice a year to assist with extra seasonal clean up.  The ideal Proponent will provide an itemized proposal for waste, recycling and transport, breaking out the bin rental costs, tipping fees, transport and any additional costs.  The municipality may award the services in one contract or award separate contracts for Waste collection services and Recyclable collection services.

When preparing your proposal, please take note that the Resort Village of Elk Ridge is a member of the North Central Saskatchewan Waste Management Corp.
