INVITATION TO TENDER

RM of Edenwold No. 158 - 2021 Fuel Tender

The RM of  Edenwold No. 158 is accepting tenders for the supply and delivery of Low Sulphur Diesel Fuel for the period of May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022 to be supplied and delivered to the Rural Maintenance Shop at SW 8-18-17 W2 and the Emerald Park Maintenance Shop at 13 Percival Drive, Emerald Park, SK.  The AVERAGE/YEAR diesel fuel usage over 3 years was 200,000 litres.

Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope marked: CONFIDENTIAL - Fuel Supply Tender RM158-2021-001 and received on or before 10:00 AM local Regina time, Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at the office of the RM of Edenwold No. 158 located at 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan and will be opened immediately thereafter on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. Tender results will be reviewed at the RM council meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 9:00 AM in the council chambers. Bids may be mailed to 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, SK  S4L 1C6. This bid shall be open to acceptance for 21 days after the date listed above.
