SaskEnergy requires the supply and delivery of Structural Steel as indicated in Appendix ‘B’ Pricing.  The material will be mild steel.  Material is required by December 20, 2021.  Potential delays, shortages, and backorders due to supply chain issues should be clearly indicated in your pricing document.

New West Partnership Trade Agreement Pass / Fail - SaskEnergy is committed to the promotion of the industrial and economic growth of the NWPTA region.  To this end, this RFP will be limited to proponents who are NWPTA region suppliers.  A NWPTA region supplier must meet one of the following criteria:

a person resident in the NWPTA region;
a business that is constituted, established, or organized under the laws of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, or Saskatchewan; or
a business that both maintains a location and employs staff within the NWPTA region.

SaskEnergy will only accept proposals from proponents who are NWPTA region suppliers. Proponents should provide SaskEnergy with information demonstrating it is a NWPTA region supplier. SaskEnergy has the sole, absolute, and final discretion and authority to determine whether a proponent is a NWPTA region supplier.
