The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Immigration and Career Training (ICT) intends to contract with Global Infobrokers (GIB) from Saskatoon Saskatchewan, on the basis that they are a recognized post-secondary training institution specializing in assisting entrepreneurs and fostering entrepreneurship across Saskatchewan, who have also demonstrated skills and experience in assisting immigrant entrepreneurs to establish businesses in the province. GIB has access to qualified training staff and external entrepreneurship mentors with proven experience in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship training and business development and through previous partnership with the GOS have demonstrated the efficient and effective delivery of entrepreneurship training and business development across diverse client groups. As a result, they are the only experienced suppliers able to provide the professional entrepreneurship training and business settlement required by the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) Entrepreneur Farm Owner and Operator applicant category to ensure approved immigrant entrepreneur applicants arriving in Saskatchewan are best positioned to meet their business obligations under the SINP and meet the Ministry’s requirements for this procurement, as described in the ACAN.
