PEPP Retirement Planner -- 318-02-2021

The Public Employees Benefits Agency (PEBA), in the Ministry of Finance, Government of Saskatchewan, requires a qualified Retirement Planning Tool Service Provider (Supplier) to recommend, develop and implement a solution as a replacement product for an existing PEPP Retirement Planner, which will be sunset by the existing supplier in May, 2022. A replacement planner must be identified and implemented prior to this date to ensure PEPP members and staff have a tool available to support retirement planning activities.


Currently, PEBA has an arrangement with a third- party supplier who provides a web-based DC retirement planning service for public employee pension members. PEBA provides certain member and rate information to the third party who uses the information to configure or update the planning tool to support retirement projections and calculations. Access to the retirement planner is through an integrated single sign on portal from PEBA’s member website (PLANet).
