This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) on behalf of the Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety (CPPS), Saskatchewan Marshals Service (SMS), to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Taser 7 Conducted Energy Weapon, Police Video Recording systems and Digital Evidence Management Solutions, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The SMS is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified vendors who can provide Taser 7 Conducted Energy Weapons (CEW), comprehensive Video Capture Solutions, including body-worn cameras (BWC) and in-car video (ICV), along with related equipment, software, and Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS). The supplied system will aid in police investigations, provide accountability and support officer and public safety.
