The Work generally consists of road surface improvements to improve asphalt concrete pavement seal and waterproofing, and to reduce further surface material loss. The 2026 Road Maintenance Program will incorporate a micro-surfacing, including the supply of the asphalt emulsion and diluting water, or fog seal, and applicable temporary pavement markings to select roadways within the R.M. of Eldon No. 471.
