The City seeks to establish a Corporate Standing Offer for 24/7, all year plumbing and HVAC services, to provide all labour, tools, equipment, transportation (including fuel and fuel surcharges) environmental charges, travel time, and materials required to provide plumbing services for small, unplanned or emergency repairs at various City facilities and sites on an as-needed basis.
