This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Regina (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Marketing and Communications Agency of Record as further described in the RFP.

The City is needing qualified agencies to demonstrate their ability to comply with the City’s requirements, demonstrate best value to the City and achieve the City’s goals.

The City reaches a broad audience with a wide variety of messages each day. Positioning the City as responsive, pro-active, and focused on the citizen experience in a concise way across all mediums is crucial to the success of any corporate communications initiative.

A formal communications agency has been in place since 2010 and has assisted the Citizen Experience Department with meeting the strategic communications, marketing and branding needs of the City. The Citizen Experience department is responsible for the budget for the majority of advertising initiatives that support ongoing City programs and services, and new City projects.
