Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform the
following work:
(a) Replacement of existing centrifugal fan with new fan array,
(b) Replacement of existing preheat and heating coils with new hydronic coils, c/w hydronic pumps, and components,
(c) Replacement of filter banks in the central system,
(d) Replacement of existing steam humidification system with new,
(e) Replacement of existing constant volume mixing boxes with new,
(f) Addition of four local humidification systems and,
(g) Replacement of pneumatic control system with addition to existing DDC system in the hospital, and as described in the Contract Documents listed below.

Bids must be received by SHA at the email address in full and arrive before 2:00 p.m. (Saskatchewan Time), February 10, 2021.

A mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, January 28th, 2021.

(a) All bidders are encouraged to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the worksite and the true extent of the work.
(b) Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids.
(c) All bidders that plan to attend the site meeting are required to pre-register for designated time slots to ensure the safety of all bidders. Time slots will begin at 11:00 am and go until 3:00 pm Saskatchewan time in 30-minute increments.
(d) Time registrations to be submitted to SHA Procurement Representative by 4:00 pm (Saskatchewan Time) on January 27, 2021, using the email provided in the ITT document
(e) All pre-registered bidders are to meet at the Information Kiosk, Royal University Hospital.
(f) Site tours will be conducted in groups of 4-6 to help maintain physical distancing when bidders are within the site. A maximum of two people per bidder is allowed to attend; the names of both bidding attendees must be registered prior to the site meeting.
(g) All bidders MUST wear face coverings that meet the Health Canada requirements during the site meeting.
