BIPOLAR IONIZATION UPGRADE (EIGHT BUILDINGS)

PRINCE ALBERT, SASKATCHEWAN

A site walk through for Contractor’s will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
The walk through will take place at St. Mary School (which will be representative of all of the
buildings). The address is 380 - 14th Street West, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Meet at the front
entrance to the school. See the attached sheet for COVID-19 Requirements and Restrictions for
the site walk through.

Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. Copies of the Tender
Documents may be obtained from: HDA Engineering Ltd., 2334 8th Avenue, Regina,
Saskatchewan (306-525-9815). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified
Cheque in amount of 10% of the bid.

The lowest, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from
qualified Mechanical Contractors. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties
without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. These reservations shall apply
equally to Sub-Contractors.
