The R.M. of Monet No. 257 is accepting sealed tenders for gravel crushing and stockpiling for the 2019 season. We require 25,000-30,000 cubic yards
of 7/8" road gravel crushed and stockpiled on site at NE 11-26-14-3.
Crushing is to be completed on or before April 1, 2019.
Each tender shall include the following information:
- A breakdown of all costs associated with your total crushing price and list taxes that must be added or are included with your crushing price.
-Stripping price if required.
-Price for reject.
- A copy of a letter of good standing with Sask. WCB.
-A list of equipment/machinery that will be used and the insurance coverage for each listed. Due to the sensitive location of the gravel pit, Council
reserves the right to ban equipment/machinery from the pit that is not in good repair i.e. oil leaks. Fuel storage will not be allowed in the gravel pit area.
- An expected start and finish date.
The R.M. of Monet No. 257 will hire a third party to measure the piles after the gravel has been crushed and pay based on the cubic yards measured.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and Council reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.
