TENDER FOR EARTHWORK - ROAD SUBGRADE WIDENING

Sealed Tenders will be received at the office of Hearts Hill until 4:00 P.M., local time., on Thursday, May 9, 2018 for 16.5 kilometers of Earthwork - Subgrade Widening on Primary Grid 771 located in the Rural Municipality of Hearts Hill No. 352.

Approximate Quantities:

140,000 m3 of Earth Excavation - Notching and Subgrade Widening (Contractor supplied Clay)
480 m of Culvert Installations/Extensions (500 mm, 600 mm and 900 mm)
35,000 m3 of Topsoil Removal and Replacement

Tenders will be opened and read publicly at the office of Hearts Hill in Luseland, SK at 4:00 P.M., local time., on Thursday, May 10, 2018.

Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of not less than "five percent (5%) of the highest alternative Tender amount".

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
