This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Information Technology Infrastructure Modernization, as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A). The Court Technology Unit (CTU), Ministry of Justice and Attorney General, provides information technology (IT) service delivery and support for the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench. The current IT infrastructure systems are nearing end of life and need to be overhauled. As part of both the Ministry of Justices ongoing server refresh plan, along with a new initiative to expand our services and enable a public facing portal, the Ministry of Justice is looking to replace its end-of-life infrastructure and increase its capacity to allow us to host all our current services and have capacity for the planned new services being added over the next couple years.
