The City of Lloydminster is seeking Proposals from qualified Vendors to complete an assessment and conduct overall planning of the Archie Miller Arena. The intent of the project is to understand and provide a recommendation on the best use of the Archie Miller Arena in the short (1 – 2 years), medium (3 to 5 years) and long term (6 plus years), and the implications of using the facility both in operating and capital investment into the facility. Finally, the Successful Vendor will need to provide a recommendation on the future use of the Archie Miller Arena.
