Aid Spheres and Dragon Eggs -- 7386
Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) intends to enter into a contract with SEI Industries Ltd. on the basis that they are the only known supplier able to provide the Aid Spheres and Dragon Eggs that meets GOS’ requirements for this procurement, as described below.
The purpose of this ACAN is to signal the GOS’s intention to award a contract for these services to SEI Industries Ltd. Before awarding a contract, however, the GOS provides other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the minimum essential requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities on or before the response deadline.
