Secure electronic tenders will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement 1855 Victoria Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan until 2:00PM Saskatchewan Time, June 29, 2023, and will be opened thereafter in accordance with the Tender documents. Tenders must be submitted via e-mail, following the Instructions to Bidders included in the Tender documents.
Tender documents will NOT be available via e-mail except construction drawings and specifications. Interested bidders may obtain tender documents from SaskTenders.ca.
Construction drawings and specifications can be obtained once a confidentiality agreement is filled, signed, witnessed by the proponent, and emailed to rfxquestions@gov.sk.ca by 2:00 PM, June 16, 2023.

Tenders will be evaluated based on the information contained in the tender documents. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
