Sealed bids clearly marked Tender for The Supply of an Arch Culvert on Project 458 will be received in the office of the R.M. of Eldon No. 471 until 11:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 and will be opened in public immediately thereafter. Each bid package shall be accompanied by a certified cheque or Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
The R.M. of Eldon No. 471 reserves the right to refuse any tender and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
