RM of Golden West No. 95 - New Shop

Bids will be received by the undersigned at 3022 Louise Street, until 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, on Thursday the 4th  day of December 2025 and will be opened in private thereafter.

The work consists of construction of a new building (approximately 6,840 sq.ft.) for a shop.  The base bid is a wood framed structure and the Alternative Price is a Pre-Eng structure (Refer to drawings with AP behind the drawing number).

Mechanical and Electrical scopes are design build.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, and the right to accept the bid which is deemed most advantageous for price and schedule. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
