The Rural Municipality of Mount Hope No. 279 (RM 279) will be accepting quotations for the supply of one (1) front mount One-Way Speed Plow with the basic specifications shown below and subject to the conditions and waivers noted, until 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday December 7th, 2022, at the office of the municipality, 119 Main Street, Semans, Saskatchewan.  Suppliers shall provide their quotation and supporting documents on or before the time and date noted.

Basic Specifications

• Supply of one (1) front mount One-Way Speed Plow to be installed on a 770G John Deere Grader FOB RM 279 shop in Semans, SK.

• Must be compatible with either Brandt quick attach or Capital I quick attach hookups and allow for proper clearance of all tires and typical use of the grader.
   
• If the supplied One-Way speed Plow is not compatible with either Brandt or Capital I quick attach hookups:
  • Supplier must include in their quotation, all necessary brackets, pins, bushings, valves, lines, etc. to install the One-Way Speed Plow on a 770G John Deere Grader to make the quick attachments and snow plow operational.

Conditions and Waivers of This RFQ

• This RFQ is subject to the following conditions and waivers:
   
• RM 279 reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotations submitted should the quotations not meet the requirement of the municipality.  RM 279 further reserves the right to choose the dealer of its choosing regardless of price, and to provide preference toward a supplier with which RM 279 has had success in the past, or is familiar with.

• RM 279 shall examine the quotations, options, and the pricing submitted pursuant to the terms of this RFQ under the strict assumption that the submissions are the “best and final” quotations, options and pricing.  Furthe
