The City is looking to prequalify Consultants to complete the engineering design for the subsequent construction of a new sanitary sewer river crossing. 

This project will qualify consultants to provide proposals for the design of the three-pipe siphon crossing. The design work will include the initial cost estimates and methodology comparison between open-cut and directionally drilled installation options. The City of Saskatoon will confirm an installation method based on this information and the consultant will proceed with the design of the crossing, ultimately providing a complete tender package and specifications for the City to take forward for construction.
