eHealth Saskatchewan (eHealth) intends to contract with SAS Institute (Canada) Inc. on the basis that they are uniquely positioned, with the required expertise and knowledge of the existing eHealth implementation, to deliver the products and services necessary to meet eHealth’s specific procurement requirements.
