The 2020 Resurfacing and Reconstruction Contract consists of both concrete preservation and roadway preservation. The concrete preservation scope includes removal and replacement of defective and unsafe sidewalk panels and curb as well as maintenance of existing sidewalk panels and curb. The roadway preservation portion of the contract may include milling asphalt, excavating the roadway structure, rebuilding the structure with new drainage channels, and paving with Polymer Modified Hot Mix Asphalt.

A quotation to be submitted in the prescribed format labeled "RFQ No. 20-0047" will be received up to 2:00:59 p.m. Saskatchewan Time, Wednesday, September 30, 2020.

***IMPORTANT***  Bid Submission requirements have changed.  The City no longer accepts hard copy or paper submission.

The respondent shall provide with their submission, a Letter of Surety, executed under Seal by a Surety Company. Submission requirements for bonds have changed. Consent of Surety, are required in a digital format, and must be must be verifiable by the Owner.  A Scanned Copy or Facsimiles of the Consent of Surety will not be accepted.  See bid documents for instruction.
