This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Bidders to provide Bids for the provision of Human Resources Office and International Student Centre Renovation, as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A).

The renovation of existing vacant spaces to accommodate the Human Resources (HR) office and International Student Centre (Room 2.201). The renovation work includes demolition as per construction drawings and specifications included in the RFB.

A pre-tender site meeting will be held at the security desk at the main floor lobby at 600 Saskatchewan St W, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The meeting is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. on June 12, 2025. Attendance is not mandatory; however all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid.
