This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Installation of Construction Courtesy Signs

Bidders may request a debriefing session from Single Procurement Service by emailing spsconstruction@gov.sk.ca  within 30 days after the award notification date.  The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.

Construction Courtesy Signs are installed on the provincial highway network to announce eligible pending construction projects and to provide pertinent details to the motoring public regarding the highway number, the type of construction, the length of the project and the overall investment amount.

The Deliverables under this RFB include the supply of sign post materials and installation of Construction Courtesy Signs for approximately 21 eligible projects for the 2019 construction season. The scope of work may be extended through work authorization when more eligible projects become finalized and approved.

The GOS will supply all sign panels and will have the material available for pickup at Ministry of Highways shops in Saskatoon.
