This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Regina (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Alarm Monitoring  as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The City seeks competitive bids for the supply of 24-hour monitoring service of existing alarm systems at various City Facilities during a five (5) year term effective upon award as per terms and conditions as stated herein.

The City also requires the provider to service all existing alarm systems (including maintenance, repairing, troubleshooting, installing new and programming), as requested.

Approximately 100 buildings with intrusion alarm systems that require 24-hour monitoring. In addition to the intrusion alarms these facilities could also have additional sensors such as water sensors, temperature sensors and ammonia sensors that require monitoring.
