The Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CÉF) is the only French language school board that services the entire province of Saskatchewan with its 15 schools throughout the province. The CÉF offers French language education to all French language families traditionally from Fransaskois families but also all French language newcomers from everywhere in the world.
 
There are two projects currently proposed: one located in Saskatoon and the other located in Prince Albert. The objective of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a Cost Consultant to work collaboratively with the project team to maximize the scope, value, and quality of the project during the design phase by submitting detailed cost estimates at critical design milestones that are in alignment with the project requirements.
