The City of Weyburn is seeking current rate sheets from qualified, experienced companies to provide snow removal services throughout the City on an “as needed and when requested basis” during the 2025/2026 winter season. 

Contractors will be placed on a pre-qualified list. During the 2025/2026 winter season, selection of any contractor from the list will be based on the contractor’s availability, resources, available equipment, financial offering and performance. Bidders are able to re-submit prices throughout the season if their available equipment list changes. Any revisions to rate sheets after closing date must be sent directly to Kevin Linnen at Klinnen@weyburn.ca.
