Farmland Tender for 5 Year Lease

Sealed Tenders addressed to the RM of Star City No. 428, Box 370, Star City, SK SOE 1PO and plainly marked "Farmland Tender" will be received until 4:30 pm on Monday January 13, 2025, for the following property:

NW 29-43-17 W2nd (approximately 50 acres cultivated farmland)

Conditions:

1.  Highest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.

2.  Bidders must rely on their own research and inspection of property and confirm acreage, condition or any other particulars.

3.  The successful bidder must sign a Lease Agreement within 30 days of notification of the award of the Tender.

4.  Lease payment is due by April 1st of each year.
