Involves the shaping and paving of the existing granular parking lot. The Phase I Work is
understood to include the shaping, compaction, and moisture conditioning of the existing granular
parking lot area including the supply of necessary granular material to promote positive drainage
followed by the placement of a hot-mix asphalt concrete pavement overlay and placement of painted
pavement markings and pre-cast pin-on concrete curb.
