Project Description: This project involves the construction administration for the construction of 7 passing lanes and an intersection treatment on various sections of Highway No. 16 from 6.4 km west of the Manitoba border to 0.45 km west of the junction of Highway No. 16 and Hill Street at Saltcoats; for a total distance 44.82 km.

Only shortlisted firms from RFQ-200077 are eligible to respond to this RFP.  Any submissions received from proponents who are not shortlisted – will not be accepted or evaluated.

GOS will evaluate one proposal submission for this RFP from each qualified proponent. In the case of multiple submissions to this RFP the last submission will be evaluated.
