Sealed tenders will be received for the crushing (supplying) and stockpiling of 30,000 tonnes of Type 106 traffic highway gravel and for 3,000 tonnes of 1/2-inch minus gravel (chipseal) to the R.M.'s gravel yard for the 2019 season.  Stockpiling to be completed by February 15, 2019.  Tender/instruction forms can be obtained at the R.M. office or by clicking on the attached document file.  A certified cheque or bid bond made out to the municipality in the amount of 5 percent of the tender amount must accompany the tender.  A letter of good standing from Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board must be included with the tender.

Sealed tenders will be received at the R.M. office until 4 p.m. local time on Thursday, October 4, 2018.

Tenders are to be marked "Gravel Tender"

Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
