The Board of Education of St. Paul’s R.C.S.S.D No. 20, as represented by Corporate Services, is requesting Proposals for the provisions of a Unified Hybrid Backup System as per Appendices C and D, in accordance with conditions stated herein. 

Through this Request for Proposal the GSCS seeks to:

a)       Select the successful Proponent.

b)       Specify the conditions that would govern any resulting Contract.

c)       Determine the pricing.

The term of Contract shall commence on April 23, 2025, and shall remain in effect until April 22, 2028, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms outlined herein. GSCS reserves the right to extend the Contract for one additional year, or for three additional years for a maximum potential Contract period of four (4) or six (6) years. Proposal pricing must include a detailed one-year option and a detailed 3-year for the potential extension years.

Proponents may suggest alternate terms of Contract for consideration that may be beneficial to the Board.
