INVITATION TO TENDER
RM OF COALFIELDS NO. 4 & RM OF BROWNING NO. 34
GRID 605 RECONSTRUCTION

SEALED TENDERS, marked for the Construction of " Grid 605 Reconstruction", will be received at the Office of the Engineer up to 2:00 PM, C.S.T., 19, July, 2022.

This a joint Project between the RM of Coalfields No. 4 and the RM of Browning No. 34. A summary of work is as follows:
• SCHEDULE A - Approximately 11.8 km of road construction including subgrade widening, granular structure and 100 mm paved surface in the RM of Coalfields No. 4.
• SCHEDULE B - Approximately 12.8 km of road construction including subgrade widening, granular structure and 100 mm paved surface in the RM of Browning No. 34.

Drawings and Specifications may be obtained from the office of the Engineer only. All addenda, request for clarification and other tender information will be issued from the office of the Engineer only. All requests shall be directed to the Engineer.

SCHEDULE A of the Project shall attain Substantial Performance prior to October 07, 2022.

Tenders must be accompanied by the Tender Form and a Letter of Consent issued by a duly licensed Surety Company AND a Bid Bond for both Schedule A (Obligee: RM of Coalfields No. 4) & Schedule B (Obligee: RM of Browning No. 34).

The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
