  1. Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform Spiritwood Health Complex Emergency Generator Replacement 400 1st Street E Spiritwood, SK. as described in the Contract Documents.
  2. Bids must be received by SHA at the email address in full and arrive before 2:00 p.m. (Saskatchewan Time), July 16th, 2024.
  3. All submissions are to be sent to the following e-mail address, SHABidSubmission@saskhealthauthority.ca.  Submissions will not be accepted if they are sent to any other e-mail address; i.e. DO NOT submit your proposals directly to the SHA Representative/Purchasing Agent/Contract Specialist listed in this RFP.
  4. A mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for July 3, 2024, 11:00 a.m. Meet in the parking lot of the Spiritwood Health Complex Facility.  All Bidders are encouraged to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids. Bidders to pre-register for the site meeting via email to Randy Durant at randy.durant@saskhealthauthority.ca one day prior to the meeting.
