Ministry of Advanced Education Research Competition
The Government of Saskatchewan requires an experienced primary research supplier for a telephone survey (with an online survey option) research project being undertaken by the Ministry of Advanced Education.
The Ministry of Advanced Education, with its post-secondary institution and organization partners, will be undertaking a research project to provide a clear picture of students who do not complete a credential at a Saskatchewan post-secondary institution (both public and private) before leaving the institution. This project will gather information in six broad areas: demographic characteristics of leavers, challenges faced by students during their program, financing, reasons for leaving, student satisfaction and post-exit outcomes.
Interested suppliers must demonstrate their professional experience including their:
• ability and experience to perform quantitative research by telephone and through online methodologies;
• ability to search and successfully contact hard-to-reach respondents;
• relevant capabilities and experience in developing methodology reports and data dictionaries, as well as comparing findings from similar studies; and,
• relevant education-sector experience.
Suppliers must also demonstrate their commitment to the delivery of service and their availability during the survey period of late fall 2018 with a commitment of the project being completed by spring 2019.
Letters of intent should be marked “Ministry of Advanced Education Research Competition" and must be received by email to commtenders@gov.sk.ca no later than 11:00 a.m. Saskatchewan time, August 21, 2018.
