The ITT-Dakota Dunes Casino (DDC) Event Production Services contains two Parts – Part I and Part II. Suppliers are welcome to provide bid submissions on one, the other or both Parts.  Appendix 1, 2, & 3 provide inventory information and a stage diagram.

Special Instructions to Bidders:

Bidders are invited to bid on Part I, or Part II, or both Parts I & II.  Please indicate your intent in the Supplier information checkboxes.

All bidders must submit all their rates as stipulated in Part I – Tables #1-2, Part II – Tables #3-4.

Fee schedules based on hourly rates, travel costs (time and mileage for various vehicles), load in/load out rates and technicians or a combination of fixed retained and hourly fees shall be stipulated in Tables #1-#4. All funds must be quoted in Canadian Dollars $CAD.

Must possess a Certificate of Insurance or letter from an insurance company in good standing confirming the supplier’s ability to obtain general liability coverage per occurrence not less than five million Canadian dollars ($5,000,000), should the supplier be awarded a contract.

Must be a registered member with Workers Compensation Board (WCB), Saskatchewan.

Recommendations for alternative model brands and updated equipment may be accepted.

All technicians must be a minimum of 19 years of age or older and eligible to be on Casino property (without exclusions or bans).  Gambling is strictly prohibited while on duty.
