Electronic Bids on the above-noted project will be received up to 11:00 a.m., CST, THURSDAY,
April 9, 2020 by email to 1080 Architecture, Planning and Interiors Ltd., and opened in public
immediately after. Refer to Section 00 21 13 for electronic Bid submission and mandatory site
walkthrough requirements.

Description of the Work: Includes the removal of approximately 5,575 ft2 of existing built-up
roofing and insulation and installation of a new adhered EPDM roofing system, and removal of
approximately 4,835 ft2 of existing built-up roofing, insulation and structural strammit deck and
installation of a new adhered EPDM roofing system on a new plywood deck .

Plans and specifications are available digitally from 1080 Architecture, Planning + Interiors or
may be viewed at Regina Construction Association office.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond / Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent
(10%) of the tender and a Consent of Surety.

Subcontractors shall file their Bids directly to General Contractors. Roofing Contractors will be
allowed to bid as General Contractors.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
