The City is seeking Proposals from qualified Vendors who are accredited and licensed to perform safety code review and inspection services throughout Lloydminster (both the Alberta and Saskatchewan portions) for a three (3) year Standing Offer Agreement, with the possibility for up to two (2) one (1) year extensions, at the discretion of the City for a total potential term of up to five (5) years. The successful Vendor will be required to work closely and collaboratively with Planning Services to provide Safety Code Services in the building and plumbing permit disciplines, including the issuance of building and plumbing permits, plan reviews, and inspection services in a seamless manner.
