The City of North Battleford (“The City”), through the Financial Services Department wishes to obtain Budgeting Software to be use for preparation of its annual Operating and Capital Budgets for the City of North Battleford.  The City currently utilizes a one (1) year Operating Budget broken into detailed expense allocations, and the Capital Budget is also a one (1) year plan but is expandable to multi-years so that a five (5) Year Capital Plan report can be created.

The software must allow department managers to prepare and submit their budgets online in a user friendly format.  Once completed, the software must amalgamate all departmental entries so that budget submissions can be prepared for approval and subsequently produce a presentation quality budget summary suitable for consideration by City Council.
