It is SaskPower’s intent to purchase Three (3) new and unused Compact Track Loaders (Tracked Skid Steers) with fully enclosed ROPS/FOPS certified operator’s cab; Tier 4 Diesel engine without the aid of diesel exhaust fluid for the air pollution reduction, and a Tipping load – no less than 8,800 lbs.
