HWY-RFQ-190036  CS 355-02 Surfacing

Project Description: The Ministry of Highways & Infrastructure (MHI) requires a consultant to provide services for Construction administration services for Contract No. H19002 for the construction of a surfacing structure on Highway No. 355 from the junction of Highway No. 2 to 17.36 km west: for a total distance of 17.36 km, realignment of two curves, and supply and installation of culverts of varying diameters; for a total length of 235 m.

Category of Work:  Construction Administration – Grading & Surfacing

All prequalified firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide engineering services for the above noted project.

NOTE:  Proponents interested in this competition should be aware that this project may require Contractor input at the RFP stage. Consultants will have 2 business days from the Consultant Notification date to submit a proposal for contractor review, if requested.

The SOQ must be received by SPS Consultants mailbox address spsconsultants@gov.sk.ca before 2:00 p.m. CST on July 4, 2019.
