The facility’s HVAC system consists of nineteen (19) fan coil units, five (5) air handling units, three
(3) dehumidifier units, two (2) make up air units, four (4) exhaust fan units. The mechanical units have all
been maintained and regularly serviced, the ductwork and associated part requires inspecting and cleaning
