This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to Prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Detailed Engineering Design Services for the Parking Lot Expansion at Pine Grove Correctional Centre, in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The Consultant will be required to provide a preliminary design, detailed design, technical drawings, contract specifications, tender documents, related cost construction cost estimates, project management, contract administration, and progress inspections. Construction of the parking lot will occur in the 2026/27 Fiscal Year.
