This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel International (SI) to qualified IT Suppliers to submit proposals outlining their capabilities and qualifications for the development of a Master Sourcing List (MSL).

SaskTel International is seeking Suppliers ranging from independent/sole proprietor to small, medium and large organizations at Junior, Intermediate and Senior skill levels. SI considers the following years of experience per level: Junior - 0-3 years, Intermediate: 4-7 years, Senior: More than 7 years.

Suppliers should have a proven track record in various aspects of software development to define, design and deliver high quality software solutions to meet and exceed client expectations.

Suppliers will need to prequalify by Skillset category to provide software development personnel.  Required services may include:

• Business Analysts
• UI/UX Designers
• Developers - specifically JEE, Angular, IOS, and Android
• Quality Assurance/Testers
• Project Managers
• Data Analysts
• Technical Specialists

The development of the MSL is stage 1 of a two-staged approach.  Stage 2, referred to as a Request for Resources (RFR), is the use of the MSL for subsequent competitive processes and awarding of various service contracts. 

This procurement is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CaFTA) and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union.

Qualified Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing tool with Ariba.

Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below.  Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity.
