TC Douglas Building Sump Vent Upgrade Project, Regina, Saskatchewan -- CS-LLM19077
The work consists of sealing and preventing future odors from entering the building as well as converting a rooftop smoke hatch to a rooftop diffuser. A fixed ladder in the ventilation shaft for future maintenance would also be considered.

Sealed tenders will be received by the Ministry of Central Services, 1920 Rose Street. Regina Saskatchewan, S4P 0A9 until 3:00 PM CST, July 8, 2019 and will be opened in public immediately thereafter.
A pre-tender site visit has been scheduled. Details are available in the tender documents.
Tender documents may also be viewed at Construction Association offices. Tenders must be accompanied by consent of surety and certified cheque or bid bond. The Ministry of Central Services reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
