This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Environment (ENV) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of caribou fecal DNA survey, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

Please submit proposals using the email, response@gov.sk.ca. The time received in the recipient’s email inbox will be the recorded date and time of submission. GOS will confirm with an email receipt to Proponents via an automatic email message.  If no confirmation email is received, please contact 306-787-6871.  

The entire content of the Proponent’s Submission should be submitted in a fixed form, and the content of websites or other external documents referred to in the Proponent’s Submission but not attached may not be considered to form part of its Submission
