The work consists of paving approximately 2,995 sq. m. of parking lot at Pine Grove Correctional Center in Prince Albert.

Sealed tenders will be received by the Ministry of Central Services, Room 726, 800 Central Avenue, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, until 2:00 P.M. C.S.T Tuesday, October 2, 2019 and will be opened in public immediately thereafter.

Technical specifications are available from the sasktenders website. Interested general contractors may obtain drawings from Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions 2105 Central Avenue North, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan S6V 5S2, telephone 306-764-4154, on deposit of $100.00 or confirmation of membership in the S.C.A Plan Deposit Fund. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the tender documents, in good condition, within 30 days after opening date.

Tender documents may also be viewed at Construction Association offices in Saskatoon and Prince Albert.

The Ministry of Central Services reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
